Changes are happening all the time with you and your family. Maybe there's a new baby on the way or maybe you are planning to move. What ever changes are coming, these transitions can be a stressful time for you and your family. We want to help. Our coordinators will discuss any changes/transtions with you and your family and develop a plan to help ease into whatever comes up.

Although there may be several transitions for you and your family, while receiving services through First Steps, one of the most important is helping your family transition into whatever services you choose once your child turns three. We want to help all parents understand what happens when First Steps services end. You should know there is a plan and regulations that guide us through the process.
